LeadGrid Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) applies to LeadGrid’s online subscription service for lead generation, accessible via http://www.leadgrid.io (the “Service”). This Privacy Statement describes how LeadGrid collects, uses, and stores the personal information and other information you provide on the Service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Service for which the Client has engaged LeadGrid.

We require people who register to use the Service to give us certain contact information. Depending on the services chosen, you may be asked to provide the following personal identifiable information: your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address for the purpose of identifying users of the Service and to better serve the users. You may be asked to provide the following financial information such as billing name, address and credit card number for the purpose of billing users of the Service. In addition, you may be asked to provide your company name, account password and number of users in the organization and who will be using the Service. When you provide us with personal information about your customers we will only use this information for the specific reason for which it is provided.

Communications from the Site
LeadGrid uses the information we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers and prospects to further discuss their interest in our company, the services we provide, ways we can improve our Service, and to send information such as announcements of promotions and events regarding LeadGrid or our partners. We may also e-mail a customer newsletter and/or updates about the Service or the company. Correcting, Deleting and Updating Your Information

LeadGrid uses third-party intermediaries to manage credit card processing. These intermediaries are solely links into the distribution chain. They are not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
LeadGrid uses a third party platform host, who hosts the forms on our site, they do not have any access to the personal information that you submit on our site.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. If LeadGrid is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, scripts or similar technologies are used by LeadGrid and our partners (e.g. marketing partners) affiliates, or analytics or service providers (e.g. marketing partners). These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Third Party Sites
The LeadGrid Web site and online applications contain links to other Web sites. LeadGrid is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other Web sites. Customers and visitors must check the statement of these others Web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.
LeadGrid also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications and hosts the Service in a secure server environment using preventive, detective and corrective technology and processes to safeguard information from attackers. Finally, LeadGrid requires unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card number our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using transport layer security (TLS) technology. We also encrypt any information entered within the platform once users are logged into their accounts. Our Service Platform
LeadGrid collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the LeadGrid’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to maintain the Service. LeadGrid will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
LeadGrid offers you a means to choose how we may use information you provide. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving certain email communications from us or about sharing personal information with third parties, send us a request to opt-out from receiving promotional emails or from having your personal information shared with third parties. We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
